Q2: What is the minimum quantity to order for our design ?

A:The minimum order depends on your required colors, sizes and items. Pls e-mail us your order details and Our Sales will inform you of the minimum quantity for each pearl.

Q3: How much time you need to ship the ordered items ?

A: If we have your ordered items ready in our stocks , then we can ship it immediately (usually within 1-3 days). If unavailable, Normally production of  Printed PVC ball, label PVC ball, inflated ball toys are from 7-10 Days depending on the quantity ordered. Custom orders will take 15-20 days. If you need a fast order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

Q3: Can I get the Free Sample Before Order?
A: It’s understandable for us to arrange the shipping of the sample for your quality checking before placing orders/ trial orders for the first cooperation.
Normally, Sample value not too much or there’re few samples, that will be free of charge. But, you have to pay the freight cost.—this is our sample policy. As there are too many customers demand for samples, it would be a heavy cost if we pay all the freight charges for every customer. Therefore, hope you could understand.
As a courtesy, we’ll refund a half of freight cost to you after you place the order (Depends on the quantities you buy).

Q7: Do I need to pay any other charges than the cost of items and shipping?

A:If you are sending the payment through Paypal, there is a Service tax at the rate of 4.4% of the total amount you are paying. In case of bank wire transfer internationally, this fee is 2% of the total amount. This is to be paid by the buyer.

Q8: Do I need to pay any import duty charges in my country for the goods I order with you?

A:We normally take all necessary steps to avoid any duty charges being levied on our clients in their country. However the Custom Duty procedures of your country are beyond our control . At some point of time its quite possible that you are charged with the Custom Duty by the Custom department of your country. You need to pay that on your own.
